![]() Now, my e6410 don't have the nvidia and intel driver, only the nvidia. Ok, so I finally found the fix (literally, this morning).Īfter browsing the internet some more, I found another website where this driver was the recommended fix and it worked: Laptop is still under warranty, so if I have to I can get a mobo replaced, but want to rule out every other possibility first. I believe the issue is driver/software related as the screen works, but once the driver loads with Windows, the screen stops producing video.īios is up to date. The odd thing is that if I leave the driver enabled, I can see the Dell OEM flash screen and the beginning of the Windows GUI boot, but once the driver is started, the display goes black. However, I can use an external monitor using a VGA connection. I updated to the latest driver available from Nvidia and it still wont work. The laptop has the Nvidia nvs 3100m card. I've tried all the drivers on Dell's website (including previous versions). On my Latitude E6410, the internal laptop display won't work unless the display driver is disabled. I've performed endless google searches, dell support community searches, etc and can't find the solution. ![]()
